We do not charge your credit card when the order is placed, but only when we ship it and have exact shipping cost. Shipping rates at time of purchase are estimated. We will either adjust shipping cost up or down prior to charging your credit card. Actual rates are based on weight, cost of insurance and service requested. If paying with a money order, please email us first for exact shipping rates before processing your order and payment. Final cost of shipping will be indicated on your invoice when we email you the tracking number.

RETURNS
We offer a 14-day, no-hassle return policy. However the following conditions must be met:
1. All purchases can be refunded for any reason EXCEPT specially ordered items or limited edition pre-orders that were comitted to by a customer unless cancelled within 30 days of purchase commitment.
2. All items must be MINT in their original package and free of any price stickers, etc.
3. You MUST include either a copy of your original invoice OR mention the invoice number and the items you are returning on a piece of paper with your complete address. Items purchased with a credit card will receive a refund to your credit card less shipping. Items purchased with a check or money order will receive an in-house credit.
4. Returns will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
5. Only after calling for Return Authorization Number, return items at BUYER’S expense to the following address:

Damaged Items:
All damaged and or missing items must be reported within 4 days of receipt. If the item appears to have been damaged during shipment, please keep all packaging materials. The carrier may need to do a follow-up visit before we can issue a claim for a refund.
If the item appears to have a manufacturing defect, please keep the item in its original box. In either case, please contact us via email to discuss your options.
