We offer a 30-day, no-hassle return policy. However the following conditions must be met:

1. All items may be returned for any reason EXCEPT specially ordered items.

2. All items must be MINT in their original package and free of any price stickers, etc.

3. You MUST include either a copy of your original invoice OR mention the invoice number and the items you are returning on a piece of paper with your complete address. Items purchased with a credit card will receive a refund to your credit card less shipping. Items purchased with a check or money order will receive an in-house credit.

4. Returns will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

5. If you pay a transaction with PayPal and cancel through no fault of Awesome Diecast, we will refund your PayPal fee, minus any transaction fees we incur from PayPal.

Damaged Items:

All damaged items must be reported within 4 days of receipt.

If the item appears to have been damaged during shipment, please keep all packaging materials. UPS may need to do a follow-up visit before we can issue a claim for a refund.

If the item appears to have a manufacturing defect, please keep the item in its original box.
