Protecting The Environment
Awesome Diecast is committed to reducing our impact on the environment by offsetting our carbon footprint created from the orders we ship. We do this by making annual financial contributions to an organization called the Carbonfund.org. This non-profit corporation works on a global level to help offset the carbon dioxide created by the planes and trucks that deliver our orders from the burning of fossil fuels which lead to global warming.
The annual financial contributions we make to the Carbonfund.org based on the number of boxes we ship, help support:
- Re-forestation projects
- Renewable energy research and development
- Green movement research
Last year we were recognized by the Carbonfund.org as being a 100% carbon neutral shipper - offsetting more than 36 metric tons of CO2 emissions!
