The Tatra 603 was a big luxury car, conceived for an official use for high end public personnel and directors. The 603 heritage was the long established tradition of aerodynamic saloon cars such as the Tatra Type-77. In the communist Czechoslovak the Tatra 603 became quite a common sight during official ceremonies, but a small number was exported too. However to recognize any exact version of this model is not easy task due to several modification during production and also due to the fact that existing cars were constantly been updated.
